PdMetrics is the industry’s smartest predictive maintenance IoT platform, offering comprehensive support for your heat-treating equipment. Using proprietary control algorithms and integrated sensors, PdMetrics monitors the health of your furnace to identify issues before they lead to downtime. PdMetrics is available as an option on new furnaces and as a retrofit for older furnaces.

Ipsen furnaces can be set up for connectivity to a Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to perform remote data gathering in real time; acquire, record, and process data; and, in some cases, supervise and control processes.
Ipsen uses TeamViewer for remote troubleshooting to access the furnace PC and software. Additionally, Ipsen can access the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) through a VPN. This allows Ipsen’s Technical Support Team to modify or update software.
Ipsen Connect is our customer service portal that puts you in control of your information. Ipsen Connect allows you to request parts and service, view order history, access furnace documentation, and more.
