The compact furnace layout saves valuable floor space. The innovative VFS internal quench design provides the least restrictive gas flow path through the hot zone and heat exchanger. The result is greater efficiency and faster quenching whether you are quenching at 2 or 6 bar. All components are readily accessible for easy maintenance or repair. A variety of hot zone designs are available in the HIQ Series from graphite insulation to all-metal radiation shields. The optional side heat exchanger port allows easy removal/replacement of the heat exchanger from the side of the HIQ chamber for ease of maintenance and service without removal of the hot zone. An optional service cart is available for convenient and safe removal/replacement of the rear motor housing for complete access to motor and blower wheel for maintenance and service.
