The Ipsen SuperTurbo® horizontal vacuum furnace is superior in achieving minimum distortion at optimal cooling performance levels. This larger size TurboTreater offers the flexibility to select quench pressure, gas speed (flow volume), and direction according to the work piece geometry or for automatic control of these attributes via placed thermocouples. Time and temperature can be controlled in any one or a combination of multiple cooling modes to achieve the desired result.
